Commission Payments

Five Link will pay commissions to affiliates for referred sales. Commissions will be calculated based on the amount of the sale, minus any applicable discounts, refunds, or chargebacks. Commissions will be paid to affiliates on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold.

Intellectual Property

The content and information available on Five Link’s website and platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material, is protected by United States intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

Modifications to Terms of Use

Termination
 

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our website and platform and remove any links to our website.

Dispute Resolution

The arbitration will take place in the United States, and both parties waive their right to a jury trial.
